LATITUDE line-up announced. SO SICK. It’s going to be impossible to wait until JULY to go- but it will so be worth it. May be completely uncool and cry at Laura Marling, then go completely mental at SBTRKT.

A band that will not be named (but should be shamed)

This is a very awkward situation, but I feel obliged to tell them their music has turned to shit. A band that I was previously very fond of, started tweeting me- which I was obviously stoked about. Then sent me a link to their new album. I’m aware they’ve had a tough time recently with literally half the band leaving them, but judging by the new album, it was the better half. It was genuinely disheartening (and painful) to listen to a rushed, contrived and frankly shit LP, the only glimmers of hope being the light guitar riffs that resembled that of the previous work of a full, respectable band. Now I kind of feel the need to tell them they need to get their act together, sort out the fucking awful vocals, and unite again to bring back their beautiful summer vibes they used to radiate.
